During your first session we will complete a comprehensive assessment of your training needs and goals. Available options and schedules will be reviewed and set.
Training sessions will vary from person to person. Total duration of sessions is also on a case by case basis. A personalized protocol will be developed to address your specific training needs.
Each week you will come for 1-2 training sessions. Upon arrival we will review your pre-determined goals and assess your progress in meeting those goals.
